Friends of the Human Elephant Foundation
We require urgent support to assist us in the endeavour to bring about the Loziba Wildlife Reserve project, as well as realising other significant elephant conservation needs throughout Africa. These include corridor and game reserve development, human – elephant conflict resolution, education and awareness through art.
Ian Player, the great South African conservationist and mutual friend of John Charter and Andries Botha, the founders of the Human Elephant Foundation, recognized, the elephant as the harbinger of human migration out of Africa to Europe. These same elephants formed elephant paths and as natural water diviners led the original human and specie migration process.
The Human Elephant Foundation(HEF) acts as a reputable fund-raising organization, ensuring all funding connected with any project we support are properly administered and distributed. The organization has Section 18 A status and can therefore make tax relief available to corporate contributions.
